3 Reasons Why Zoom Provides the Best Video Conferencing Software

Deepak kharbanda (myself) always use a variety of cloud-based video conferencing solutions. Whatever online video conferencing software our clients use we adopt and become pros — if we aren't already. If they don't have a solution they use, we work with them to flesh out their needs and decide which solution is right for their business. For our own internal meetings, we typically use a combination of Join.me and Skype. Neither are standalone solutions. Each have their serious drawbacks.

When we started using Zoom's video conferencing solution for internal meetings. We were all pleasantly surprised that the features actually work as described, especially the HD video conferencing. IT administrators love Zoom, because it can be activated instantly on Zoom’s cloud or deployed in 30 minutes onsite using the Zoom Meeting Connector, an extension of Zoom's cloud infrastructure that is used in your internal network.

#2 EASE OF USE

Before switching to Zoom, We had to use two separate video conferencing platforms in tandem to create one workable meeting space, as mentioned above. We used Skype for its video capabilities, and Join.me for screen sharing and audio. Full transparency: having to combine solutions has been less than ideal.

With Zoom, there's no need to combine various video conferencing solutions in order to achieve great results for online business meetings. We simply use Zoom. We've noticed a complete drop off in both delays and downtime. And if we ever need anything, Zoom offers a comprehensive knowledge base on their website.
